2.1. When you visit our website

We collect data to a limited extent in order to receive and process your inquiries and orders. You can visit our website without providing any personal information. The data will not be passed on to third parties and will not be used for advertising purposes. The legal basis for the processing is Article 6 Paragraph 1 Letter b) GDPR, ie the participants make the data available to Hoffmann on the basis of the contractual relationship (conditions of participation) between them and Hoffmann. 


2.4. picture contest

You have the opportunity to take part in a picture competition. As part of your participation, your first name, last name and photos are visible to other Hoffmann employees. Hoffmann uses the images you have uploaded and the data provided in this context to determine the winner and then send the prize. In addition, Hoffmann may publish the images on OrangeNet for internal purposes. If images are uploaded on which family members, friends or acquaintances of the employee can be seen, the employee must ensure that he has sufficiently informed the persons concerned about the data processing of the images and that they have consented to the processing. The legal basis for processing is the contractual relationship between you and Hoffmann in accordance with Art. 6 I lit. b) GDPR.

3. What is the data used for at Hoffmann?


3.1. To fulfill contractual obligations (Article 6 (1) (b) GDPR)

Hoffmann SE uses your data in detail 


• to process your order

• to carry out the raffle (determination of the winner, announcement of the winner in the live  

  Raffleand transmission of the prize).

• to carry out the picture competition (determination of the winner, transmission of the prize,

  publication of the images on OrangeNet).


Depending on which payment service provider you select in the payment process, we pass on the payment data collected for this purpose to the credit institution commissioned with the payment and, if applicable, the payment service provider commissioned by us or to the selected payment service to process payments. In some cases, the selected payment service providers also collect this data themselves if you create an account there (e.g. when paying via PayPal). 4. Sharing of your information
